Organizational Development (OD) – Focuses on planned, systematic approaches to improving organizational effectiveness and facilitating change. It involves diagnosing organizational issues, designing interventions, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational capabilities and adaptability.

Transformational Leadership Inspiring and motivating employees to achieve organizational goals by fostering a shared vision, empowering individuals, and promoting innovation and change. Leaders play a crucial role in driving and sustaining change efforts by providing direction, support, and alignment across the organization.

Organizational Culture Change – Modifying the beliefs, values, and behaviors that define the organizational culture to align with strategic objectives or accommodate external changes. Culture change is often a fundamental aspect of broader change initiatives, as an organization's culture can either enable or hinder its ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.

Continuous Improvement – The ongoing effort to enhance processes, products, or services to achieve higher levels of efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction. Change management is not a one-time event but a continuous journey, and organizations must embrace a culture of continuous improvement to adapt to evolving challenges and opportunities effectively.

Testing

Process of evaluating a system or its components to ensure that changes to a system are implemented smoothly and that the system continues to meet its objectives in terms of functionality, performance, and reliability.

Dependencies

In change management, dependencies are structures or activities that rely on outputs or status of other structures or activities. They have to be taken into account when planning and performing the organisational change.
